Transfer row from one Sheet to Other when a cell from row is having a specific word

Hi,

I am mishal, New to this forum.

I am having a task sheet having data of my woork to be done with status of "PENDING" , "RUNNING" or "COMPLETED".
First i will describe my sheet having colums with the description

A = Sr.No
B = Submitter
C = Priority
D = type.
E = Job No
F = Task
G = date sent
H = Date required
I = approx hours
J = Owner
K = Status
L =Remaining Hours
M = Actual Hours
N = Comments by us
O = Comments by them.

I just wanted that when the status in Colum K is "COMPLETED" the entire row shifts to the other sheet named as "Completed and approved", the current sheet is named as "Running"

Can Any one help on this.
