Customizing bar graphs --- PLEASE HELP

So I'm a college senior working on a project for my new school bar... my boss is asking that I create daily bar graphs that track the sales every half hour. He needs this to be able to asses the busiest times of the bar so he can have specials.. Only problem I've run into is creating graphs that he is very specific with. He wants bar graphs that have a line that goes through them and has a point at the peak of each bar. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Besides for the fact that you have a school bar, which is awesome, this won't be that hard.

If you had a big list of times and dates, I would use the HOUR() function to figure out the hour number. You could then sum up each of the hours for a given period and create a line graph from that. You could also use FREQUENCY() to create bins, like a histogram. The last 2 links will help you with this.
