    If value in column > quantity, AND value in column to left > another quantity, Pass

    I want to make a Pass/Fail formula for a column of data, if values in the column > a quantity AND if values in column to left > another quantity.

    Also, I want a conditional format for the cells in the main column if a Fail indication is given at the bottom of the column.
