interval in specific time

hi
i need to do time interval..
let say
in cell A2 = 9/11/2012 12:15:34 AM
in cell B2 = 9/11/2012 02:15:54 AM
in cell C1 = 00:00-01:00
in cell D1 = 01:00-02:00
in cell E1 = 02:00-03:00

the time interval between cell A2 & cell B2 = 2 hours. so, i need to separate 2 hours in column C2,D2 and E2. so the time interval in column C2 is 45 min, in column D2 is 60 min and in column E2 is 15 min. i dont know how to seperate 2 hours into specific time range. can anyone help me on this.?
