Count # of occurances based on time of day.

I have a spreadsheet that I am trying to count the number of calls by hour by date.

In order to understand it might be best to see the spreadsheet.

There are 2 tabs, (1) Individual calls by person, date, time, Response time and total time; (2) By hour total number of calls, Total response time and Total time.

I am thinking about the COUNTIFS formula to accomplish this.

I really would appreciate any help.
