Would like to add "increase by %" column

    Hi!

I'd like to make it easy for someone to enter a percentage value in a cell to increase a cell in another column.

Of course, when I try to enter a formula, not only do I obliterate the original cell value, but I get a circular reference, because I want to base the % increase on the Sum of the column I want add the % change to.

Any suggestions on how to lay this out / use a formula to make it easy as possible for someone just to add and number in the % change column and have all the other numbers change?

    Example attached

    Thank you!

    One approach
    - Suppose you want to increase a range of cells by 10 percent. Enter 1.1 in a vacant cell. Right click on that cell and select copy
    - Highlight the cells you want increased by 10 percent and right click and select Paste Special/Multiply
    - All highlighted cells will be multiplied by 1.1 (increased by 10 pecent)
Click on star (*) below if this helps
