For calculating normally distributed random variable, do we need standard deviation and mean ?
what if we don't have this information ? or it is not possible to calculate without standard deviation and mean ?

This is a statistics question, not an Excel question. A normal distribution is defined by the mean and variance (which is the standard deviation squared). If you don't have those, then you can't define the distribution.

Welcome to the Forum Frank119, unfortunately:
Your post does not comply with Rule 2 of our Forum RULES. Don't post a question in the thread of another member -- start your own thread. If you feel it's particularly relevant, provide a link to the other thread. It makes sense to have a new thread for your question because a thread with numerous replies can be off putting & difficult to pick out relevant replies.
I think people forget the word "THANK YOU!!!!" Do you still know it???
