Count Functions

hello!

I have 2 seperate sheets..
I would like to use a count function on the second sheet to track the hours from the first sheet..

It should search the day for "OPT" or "Break" then count the number allocated 2 cells to the right

each row counts for 15 minutes
I understand that count formula's & merged cells do not work well so that is why i would like to count the number 2 cells over to the right

any help would be great!
