I would like to split the full name into first name and last name.
But the problem is that a third is more than just 2 words.
I know I should be using InStrRev but I just don't know how to work with that and how to apply it to the 1285 names in the worksheet...

I also read something about Split, could that be used to split the last word?


and I need a sub ...()
not a function because I'm making a huge macro which contains multiple Subs...

I would really appreciate it if I got an answer!!!
Cause I've been working on this for 5 days straight!
