    vlookup with more than 2 criteria

    Can you help solve the attached file...

    see if the attached gives you what you want? i added range names for your categories and then used indirect() to reference them

    I think this will solve all of your issues in the sheet. Used some named ranges, and changed some forumlas to make it adjust to new changed entries.

    Dear Vince,

    So happy you solve it for me, actually this is part of my assignment as I am training for excel advance, but the INDIRECT function is not yet discuss with us so not fully aware how to use it.

    So far only combination on IF,OR,AND, and Vlookup has taken on, so possible combining these function on the said worksheet??
