Lightbulb Expanding a formula to include multiple worksheets/tabs

    Hi all,

Please see the attachment for more detail on my problem.

I already have an existing formula, but the formula only picks up one tab. I need the formula to gather information from multiple tabs. The information is located in the same cell range on both worksheets/tabs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Many thanks

This will get nasty fast. My first best recommendation is to get rid of the separate sheets. Put your "research data" all on one sheet, a true database. Then reporting on the data becomes simple.

That's really good advice, J Beaucaire, and will come in handy on future projects. But what's done is done. The actual document dates back to January 2011, long before I joined the company and contains a lot of other information. I only recently decided to make improvements, and altering the structure of the spreadsheet now will cause more problems than its worth.

Kindly, any ideas on expanding the formula to include one other tab?

    Kind regards

    Raidon

Simple enough then. Add a second section below the first for the separate entries, use the same formulas but for the second sheet. I've updated your TOTALs section to collect from both sections.
