How to convert a nonlinear set of values into percentages?

    problem.xlsx
I have values ranging from 1-9 that need to be converted into % however the the scale is as follows:
    5.0 - 65%
    5.5 - 70%
    6.0 - 75%
    6.5 - 80%
    7.0 - 85%
    7.5 - 90%
    8.0 - 96%
    8.5 - 98%
    9.0 - 100%

    Any ideas?
    Thanks,

Difficult problem, because the line is non-linear. Actually it is linear from 5.0 to 7.5, but not above that. Are figures you've given the only ones you need an answer for or do you need to interpolate between the figures you've given?
