Unable to Pull Active Email Addresses with Index/Match Function

    Good Afternoon,

I am attempting to pull email addresses from one part of the datasheet into another section of the sheet when certain criteria are selected. I am not having an issue pulling the email addresses, however, when the email address is 'copied' to the new cell, it is not active. I have attempted to add the =HYPERLINK prefix onto the formula, but that doesn't appear to be reactivating the email link. Here is the formula that I was attempting to get to work. I have attached a modified worksheet that attempts to show what i am trying to do.

I would like to pull the email address from Column P into H12, with the email being active so the user can click on the email address directly.

The INDEX/MATCH formula I used was as follows:

The formula I attempted to use to reactivate the email address was: (I couldn't get this to activate)DB_Test.xlsx

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
