Modify coditional format to exclude weekends and holidays

Can this formula in conditional fromatting be modified to if the 30th day falls on weekends or holidays, it would operate on the next day after the holiday and on Monday after the weekend (unless Monday is a holiday)?
=AND(A1<TODAY()+30,A1>=TODAY())

=AND(A1<WORKDAY(TODAY(),30,holidays),A1>=TODAY())

where holidays is your named holiday range.

Thank you NBVC. I will try it. Do I need to indicate every holiday; Thanks giving, Chrismass, etc with a comma? And how about the weekends?

You don't need to indicate the weekends, but you need to list all the holidays somewhere in the workbook. One date in each contiguous cell. Then name that range Holidays. You name it by selecting the range of cells, and typing the name in the Name Box which is located just to the left of the formula bar.. or you can do it through Formula Tab, Define Name.

so, in doing so, I baically need to modify the holiday dates each year except for those that are constant; i.e., Thankd Giving.
