Function to indicate which values in a column fall between a long list of separate ranges

I need a function or macro that can help me go through a list of numbers (e.g Column A) and indicate to me which of these numbers fall between multiple number ranges that are listed (e.g Column B gives the lower limit, Column C gives upper limit within the same row). Help??
