Need a formula to sort a table into table (for a Table Plan) and name in column 2

Please see attached workbook.

Need to search the table on worksheet 1 and list names of people on specific table numbers on worksheet 2

Need a formula as do not want to manually sort/filter and cut/paste.

Any help is appreciated!

the process is quite straight forward. however with those merged cells it makes it less simple i would recomend doing your sheet a little differently

not as striaght for ward as i though so i added a sheet just to get a nice list (with no gaps)

here it is

(ps there are no merged cells on my page)
