Conditional Format based on Number of Characters in a cell

Hey,

Does anyone know if it is possible to do a conditional format whereby it highlights a cell if it exceeds a certain character limit (including spaces)? I'm trying to work on one that will highlight any cells that exceed 240 characters.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
