    Employee Anniversary date - Conditional Formatting

    I need to create a conditional format that calculates from the employee start date to their anniversary.

    each year i need a reminder when the employee's anniversary date is coming up because they get a salary increase each year.

    i have looked over the forrum and i am having trouble finding a format that will predict future dates.

    Please help, this is my last desperate attempt to work this out.

    I have attached a trial of what i am working with. i would love if i could please have some guideance to get the start date to flag red when the anniversay date is due.

    Many thanks in advance.

    First you need define dates for start of Employee Anniversary and then it's easy to mark them each year.
    Never use Merged Cells in Excel

    Hi shona3086

    Using your dates in A9:A18, you could apply a conditional formatting to highlight the date if it is less then 30 days away. With something like this, in new rules in the conditional formatting.

    Formula: copy to clipboard
    =AND($A9<TODAY()+30,$A9>=TODAY())

    Hi

    The last one. Use a formula to determine which cells to format
