    IF Function with Vlookup Function

    Good afternoon,

I am very new to the IF function and I would like to ask for help on how to combine an If formula with the Vlookip formula. Please see the attachment. I'm am trying to create a formula for cell B2 in Result worksheet based on the ID numbers and corresponding Grade values in the GRADE worksheet. The logical statement is: if ID=Excellent OR Perfect in Grade worksheet than the same ID should have "Admitted" in the Result column B2 in the RESULT sheet ,if ID=GOOD then the Result should have "Another try", if="FAIR",then "Next Year",and if="Poor",then "Stop". Hopefully you'll get the main idea in my explanation of the problem.

    Thank you in advance!
