Trying to fill Worksheet using Drop Down

I have 2 sheets in the same workbook that I would like to populate each other when an option is selected from the drop down menu in the second sheet. For the example I made when I select "Male" from the drop down it auto-fills in all the data below it to show me the corresponding information. How can i do this? I have tried several things but I am out of practice on my excel.Example.xls

The attached file shows how you can achieve this - I've used column G in both sheets as helper columns, and then an INDEX formula can retrieve the appropriate data in Sheet2.
