    Hiding Formulas without Protecting Sheet

    Good Day!
I want my formulas won’t be seen by others without turning off formula bar or hiding then protect the sheet. Is these possible? Thanks!

    Hi,

Not that I'm aware of. (Famous last words!)

One work around might be to have a parallel set of formulae that simply link to your formulae cells. Then you could hide your original formulae and protect your sheet. The linked cells would then only display an =A1 type formula rather than the formula in all its glory.

Re: Hiding Formulas without Protecting Sheet

1 way to do this is to protect all the cells, then unprotect all the cells you want the user to have access to. then rt click on the tab, and protect the tab (select as many of the optionds as you feel you need). when you click in a protected cell, you will not see anything on the formula bar.\

if you find you have protected cells your didnt mean to, unprotect the sheet and then unprotect those cells, reptrotect the sheet

    hope this helps?
