Get values and data from another table in excel

Hi... i'm dealing with an annoing problem. I have a table with 3 collumns. The first has football match games, the second has names of over/under gols and the third numbers. I want to creat another table that gets all match games and values for all those match games that fit the criteria of over/under. I atached the file so you can understand what i'm saying.
