transpose data for all data values columns

Hi,

I am reposting the same concern here as no one has responded to it in other forum..appologies for it but its kind of urgent for me...

I have a data which I want to transpose in a manner that all the months targets and actuals get lined up below each other which will help me to build pivot tables.

For instance, for a set of data I have actual and targets for few months. I want this to stack in a way that after july month target and actual I have aug month target and actual keeping all the base data intact and after that Sep month. I have attached the sample data list and actual result expected in summary sheet.

The rows are quite large in number as in 10000 rows and columns are like 25 in total...

Please help....
