How to insert multiple series values dynamically into graph?

Hello everyone,

Here I come to disturb you again. I've a table (255 columns and 100 rows). All the values in the tables are updated dynamically. I want to display all the values in the table using a graph. I don't want to add all the 100 rows to the graph. But, I just want to add only the rows that have values. Please suggest me ways to do it.

I've given an example in the attachment to explain my problem clearly. Please let me know if more clarifications are needed.
