Formula problem...

Hello - im struggling with a lenghty formula. Hoping someone can tell me what im doing wrong with this...

=IF(B12="Stop","",IF(AND(B2=0,B3=0),"Back",IF(AND(B2>0,B3=0,B23=0),"Lay",IF(AND(B2=0,B23=1) OR(AND(B3=0,B23=1),"Cancel","")))))

Any thoughts appreciated...

Try this..

=IF(B12="Stop","",IF(AND(B2=0,B3=0),"Back",IF(AND(B2>0,B3=0,B23=0),"Lay",IF(OR(AND(B2=0,B23=1),AND(B3=0,B23=1)),"Cancel",""))))
