DAYS360 and If Statement - Help!

Hello! I'm trying to use DAYS360 and an if statement...

Column A has 3 salespeople names: Jane, Joe, Bob
Column B is each customer name
Column C is a start date
Column D is an end date

I want to count the number of days it took Bob to complete his sales. Some of the end dates might be blank, so those associated start dates would need to be excluded.

I need to filter Bob in column A, though I only want to count his start dates (column C) > 1/1/2012 and his complete dates (column D) < 12/31/2012.

Please help! Thank you in advance!!!

    Hi tskabo

I've attached a sample workbook, but am not sure how to implement the count based on the date range criteria. At present the count is based on completed sales. If anyone else can add to this example...

    Regards
    Stephen.
