I'm trying to setup the following and having a tough time.
Their quota by quarter would be:
Q1: 100,000
Q2: 100,000
Q3: 100,000
Q4: 100,000
I'm looking to set up a scenario where the sales representative would achieve accelerators if they go over their quota.
The standard commission would be 5% per dollar, for $0-$100,000. They would then get an additional 1% for the portion from $100,000-$125,000. And then for $125,000 and above they'd receive another 1%.
So for example, if they did $150,000 in quota their commission would be $5,000+$1,500+$1,750
I'd also like to make sure that the salesperson needs to be above their entire quota for the year before they receive over-quote accelerators (So for example, even if the salesperson did $200,000 in Q3, they would not get any accelerators if they did $50,000 in Q1 and $75,000 in Q2.
