validation trouble

Hello,

I'm very new to the forum and have some experience with excel. I'm trying to look up a company from a dynamic table and then validate the names of the employees that work there. I had some luck with the indirect function but once I sorted/alphabetized the companies by name, the validation got all messed up. I hope this is clear.
Attached is the workbook. The address sheet has the company names in the first column and a list of employees starting from N1-N10.

When you go to sheet named "RFI template" the attn. cell was validating the names from the company however after I alphabetized the table it went haywire.
Any suggestions?

Re: validation trouble

go into the data validation range, and check that it is still covering the range you need?
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
