INDEX, SUMIFS, AND LOOKUP to extract data

Good Morning,

I added an example spreadsheet. I am trying to:

1. Lookup from column A "Tables" in the raw data spreadsheet
2. Lookup in the raw data spreadsheet column FY use 10 & 11
3. Lookup in the raw data spreadsheet column FM use 11 to 10
4. Sum the data for column Work

On the Data spreasheet the EndTable is summed but How do i extract the data from the raw data sheet? I tried INDEX, SumifS but missing the summing of those cells.
