not shure this will help but after searching on wiki i found maybe you can use FTEST

=FTEST(A2:A6,B2:B6)

where A2:A6 is first array of data and B2:B6 is the second

I would expect the math behind ANOVA should be explained in a good introduction to statistics textbook or website (wikipedia probably has an article). I have never heard of DUNNETT analysis, so cannot comment on that one.
