Need to combine cells based on first cell

I am looking to do this; based off the value in the first column (A), I would like to combine the vehicles in column (F) that matches the part number in the A column.

example:
60-1000 = CHEVROLET S10 1982-1985 1.9,CHEVROLET S10 BLAZER 1983-1984 2,CHEVROLET S10 1983-1996 2.2,CHEVROLET S10 BLAZER 1985-1993 2.5,CHEVROLET S10 1982-1993 2.8,CHEVROLET S10 BLAZER 1988-1996 4.3
60-1001 = BUICK CENTURY 1988-1989 2.8,PONTIAC 6000 1988-1988 3.1,BUICK CENTURY 1989-1989 3.3,BUICK CENTURY 1988-1988 3.8

I am looking for this in the comma delimitted format, but I need to do this for all the numbers in column A without doing them one-by-one.
