Hi. Ok here is what I am trying to do, hopefully I can explain it. I have a column on a sheet that is part of a table with a header, this column will have a date and time in it using the control ; cntrl shift: to date and time stamp the entry. On a seperate sheet (where I have some other numbers tallied) I want to have a way to tally how many have entered from 1900 (7pm) to 0700 (the previous night to the morning of the current day). Then on the current date from 0700-1900 (7pm). We tally these numbers at the end of the shift@ 0700 and then at the end of the day 1900, then these numbers are sent out.
So a shift would start 1900 12SEP2012 and end 0700 13SEP2012, next shift starts 0700 13SEP2012- 1900 13SEP2012. I am open to other suggestions on doing this. Currently we just enter the date 13SEP etc. Just trying to come up with a way that we dont have to keep track of this and make it auto. Thanks all!

Thanks for replying. The file should have uploaded. Book 1 and 2 would have the date/time in column D labeled Date. Then I would like to have the tally on the tally tab. Any questions or suggestions id appreciate it. Cheers
