When match text then copy ? or need better formula for this project.

Hello ,
I want to analyze the figures for 2011 and 2012.
I have a database where I want to analyze a product that is sold in both years and would like to automate a formula to copy data automatically when the first match with the same product in different years.

I try some Match formula but ,may need to make a macro..



When in "B" Column some products match, then copy info from "2012" C,D,E cells and copy to G,H,I cells.
as examples in the attached document: B4 match with B3 then info from 2012 is C4 , D4 , E4 ) should be copied toto G3, H3 , I3

If you can give suggestions I attach documents
