Auto Fill-out Form

A drop down list has been created for C2. As you add more rows to the DETAILS sheet, this drop down will expand itself.

Then in your table are simple INDEX/MATCH formulas. Notice how all the formulas are the same execpt for which column is "Indexed".

You will be, for sure.
