    i need some advancement in this formula like this is the data

    Code item name Qty. Pharmacy
    1000001 a 6 k-11
    1000002 b 1 k-11
    1000004 c 2 ph 27
    1000004 c 1 k-10
    1000005 d 1 ph 18
    1000006 e 1 ph 18
    1000015 f 5 k-10
    1000019 g 2 k-10
    1000019 g 2 ph 10
    1000019 g 1 ph 25
    1000019 g 1 k-29
    now i need to arrange this by formula like,

    Code item name k-11 ph 27 k-10 ph 18 ph 10 ph 25 k-29
    1000001 a 6 0 0 0 0 0 0
    1000002 b 1 0 0 0 0 0 0
    1000004 c 0 2 1 0 0 0 0
    1000005 d 0 0 0 1 0 0 0
    1000006 e 0 0 0 1 0 0 0
    1000015 f 0 0 5 0 0 0 0
    1000019 g 0 0 2 0 2 1 1

    You don't need a vlookup for this, a sumif would do the job. See attached file
