After receiving a great solution here earlier today I thought I would ask a question I had had for a while:

Is it possible to populate an e-mail from an excel spreadsheet?

Essentially, I log student behavioral incidents in a spreadsheet. Each incident is a row with various columns of data (Date, Last Name, First Name, Teacher, Period...).

I, at the same time, then type an e-mail to the Principal so she is up to date on all of the behavioral incidents. The e-mail is essentially the fields from the Excel spreadsheet but in a vertical formal. Currently, I just copy and paste or retype the data where it is quicker.

But, is it possible to autopopulate the e-mail with this data?
