need a average and find date

Hi -

I'm stuck with a formula for finding an average and then looking at the date. Basically I have a list of employees in the rows and the payroll dates in the columns. I need a formula that will look at the entire row of the employee and when it averages 35 hours it grabs the date at the top of the column.

Does the average have to be exactly 35 ? What if there are different possibilities?
