I am working on an order form. I have 20+ products that have three different prices based on the three different treatments each product can treated with. The base prices are different for every individual product, and therfore treatment level.

So in Column A I have the dropdown of products.

Column B, the dropdown of the three treatment products that can be done to each product in column A.

Need to autofill column C, the price.

On another worksheet I have a table with products in column A, treatment 1 price in Column B, treatment 2 price in column C, and treatment 3 price in column D.

I have no idea on what formula to use to make this work.

Please help!!
