Lookup Values by Column

I have a list of data (5 row items) for multiple fiscal weeks (Column headers) and I need to have a sumary of the values by fiscal week values when the data is first entered in column G and then the ending values of data when the column with the same week number (Column headers) gets down to column B because the fiscal week columns will move to the left until they are complete and fall off the sheet from G to B.

In the attached I am using week 16 as the example and the starting point the list will grow from week to week and the summary at the top of the page will probably be on another sheet.
