How to compare 4 columns of data

I HAVE FOUR COLUMNS OF DATA IN A,B,C,D OF PEOPLES NAMES and i want to be able to list in column e the names that appear in all columns, ie John must be in Column A AND Column B And Column C And Column D. What is the formula i use. I already have a formula to compare 2 columns like this which is =vlookup(A1,B:B,1,False) but i can not make it work for 4 columns
    Thankyou for your time

NO This is not what i wanted, as per your example if there was a John only in A3 a John in B1 a John in C2 and D1 then John would come up in E3. ie if any name in the WHole COlumn of A matched with the same name within the Whole column of B, the Whole column of C and D then it would be displaced.
    ie
    A B C D E
    Johm Nick Peter HAley John
    Ben SAm JOhn Julien --
    Jack John Nav Naz -
    LAuren Rox Harry John -

As you can see here John appears in column A, B, C and D hence the word John appears in the first row it was found in COlumn E
    Hope u can help
    THanks
