Multiple criteria matching for VLOOKUP

Hi!

I have 2 files,
One contans Item, BatchNo, Quantity, etc. and the Second one have Item, BatchNo, Price, etc..

Now I want to put the price from the second file corresponding to Items batchwise. Sample file is attached.

I tried VLOOKUP but could not found any solution.
Someone must know and will help me to solve the problem please.
