Hello,
I'm trying to find a way to have Excel Count the number of hours in between a shift. Id prefer the whole start/end time in one cell, but I have come to realize that might be an impossibility when Im trying to have the computer count the hours for me. No data will overlap in days and I cannot use military time.
I have been searching around the forums and found one way to do get it to count, but it doesn't really work the way I would like it to (Half hours are counted as .3 and not .5. Im not great with excel, but I do know the basics, so If some of you more experienced people out there could lend a hand, Id appreciate it.
Bonus Help: Is there a way I can just enter in data as 7, and it knows its 7 AM, instead of it thinking 1/7/1901 12:00:00? I have tried format cells with "1:00 PM", but still doesn't work...
Thank you in advance,
-Bob
