how can i show from web import data with dot decimal, as comma decimal

I am imorting data from web http://www.lme.com/aluminium.asp.
in my excel 2007 i am getting result with dot decimal as follows

ALUMINIUM Prompt Date Buyer ($)
Cash 07.09.2012 1,927.50

how can i show this result with coma as follows

ALUMINIUM Prompt Date Buyer ($)
Cash 07.09.2012 1.927,50

i have tried to chang option but i need this data to use in coma decimal excel, so it must be imported and converted in comma
