You get better help if you post an Excel-file (example of your workbook), without confidential information.
Make sure the workbook demonstrates your desired results if possible, or just highlight the cells you're trying to fix.
Use BEFORE/AFTER sheets if that helps make it clearer.

This worked in a test sheet:
=SUMIFS(Sales,Dates,">="&Start,Dates,"<="&End)
Sales is the column that contains all the sales data
Dates is the column that contains all the dates
Start = the start date
End = the end date

I would suggest an pivot table.
Try advance filter with criteria from start date to end date.
