Roster - formula to determine start and finish time of employees

Hey all,

I am working with a roster and I can't seem to come up with a formula to determine each employees start and end times. I have attached an example of how the roster is set out.
So the formula will need to locate each persons name then locate the first time they start a task and return the time of which that task was started.

No, I only put one day in for the example. There will be a different sheet for each work day.

Brilliant, just one more thing, the end times need to be increased by 15 mins. For example Ben V's end time is actually @16:30 as each block on the daily roster sheet represents 15 mins.
