List only cells in a column with text (remove "blanks")

From a column which contains names and blank cells, I need to generate a list of only the names (cutting out the blank cells). The trick is that the column which contains the names has formulas, so the "blanks" are not really empty cells (but rather a formula returning ""). For this reason, the solutions that I have found thus far do not work on my data.

    Please see attached spreadsheet.

    Thanks,

CSE, aka Array aka { }, formulae are confirmed with CONTROL+SHIFT+ENTER.
Replace commas ( , ) with semicolons ( ; ) in formulae, if your locale setting demands.
All good ideas are courtesy resources from this forum as well as others around the web.
