matrix result and formula

Hi All
I am ok with some formulaes but I am having difficulty with the following problem. I have a table with two types of results, a percentage and a dollar figure.

Percentages run down the page - the values are 30%/28%/25% - lets say in cells A2,A3,A4
Dollar values run horizontally - $900/$1000/$1,200 - B1,C1, D1

As an example - If the result is 27% and $1,000 - the result would fall in cell C4. I want whatever value i have in C4 to be displayed in a new cell.

I need to be able change all the values.

Any formula help would be great.

Thanks so much - that kind of works but it doesnt pick up the values between the results eg if i put in $950 and 29% the result should be 90%...if its in between values it needs to default to the lessor value.
