Split Wrapped Text (Multiple Lines) in A Cell to Multiple Columns

    Hello there,

I'm sorry that I have been posting my questions in other threads. Please accept my sincere apology as it's my first time.

I need help similar to Jen2412's post.

I have cells that contain different/multiple lines and I had to split it for report purpose.

Kindly see my attachment, cell-C9.. I would like to have "2nd Line of Column-A" to be blank if the original data consist of only 1 line.. Same result as in "3rd Line of Column-A" and "4th Line of Column-A".

Hope you understand what I'm trying to explain.

    Rgds,

    try in C9

    =TRIM(MID(SUBSTITUTE($A9,CHAR(10),REPT(" ",LEN($A9))),LEN($A9)+1,LEN($A9)+1))
I think people forget the word "THANK YOU!!!!" Do you still know it???

There is a little star ( ADD REPUTATION ) below those person who helped you. Click it to say your "PRIVATE APPRECIATION TO THEIR EFFORT ON THEIR CONTRIBUTIONS "
