Calculate total adjustments for each sales person

No, that's not quite what I was looking for, that seems to take all the adjustments and add them to the one person:

In the example RSC1 should end up the end of the month having a total of +£1059 added to his/her takings:

Week 1 +£328 (J4), Week 2 -£100 (K4), Week 3 +£478 (L4), Week 4 -£125 (M4), Week 5 +£478 (N4). Making a monthly total of +£1059.

Thanks for the advice but it's not quite doing it for me.
