calculating frequency across groups

Dear All,

I want to calculate the frequency of each CELL value in B Column ( 1<=CELL VALUE<= 26) ACROSS VALUES OF A COLUMN which varies from 1 to 23.

1 26
1 26
1 25

2 24
2 24

23 6

I want to calculate my code which is in B column how many times coming in A column for the No 1 t0 23. Likewise i want to calculate for all the values in B which varies from 1 to 26.

Please help me with a formula to do this
